No.  We had quite a significant amount of difficulty in finding such an
authority that knew what to do with it.  All the FIPS testing houses
seemed completely baffled when we said it was a true randome number
generator rather than a pseudorandom one, for example.

If you can suggest an authority or testing organisation that you think
it would be valuable to have test the Entropy Key, we will certainly
look into submiting it to them.
