Trying to contact Simtec, unsuccessfully

We also had terrible trouble trying to reach them.  The website is the only source worldwide.  However, we have had no trouble actually getting the devices when ordered through the site except for a short backorder when we ordered a large quantity.

I’ve been looking into the possibility of purchasing a couple Entropy Keys to test with—I’m not seeing a lower-cost-yet-solid solution elsewhere—but my queries to sales@ and ekey@ have gone unanswered. Is there still someone listening to these addresses? I’m simply trying to find out whether there’s a US source, or if the sole source is http://www.entropykey.co.uk/shop/
