Unable to contact this company

For months now, people have been unable to a) contact them or b) have
orders satisfied. There was talk of them being resucitated, but no news
yet.

The only change, as far as I can tell, has been the addition of the
following loud sign to their /shop page:

        Please note that there is a very long waiting period for Entropy
        Keys at the moment.
